Petition on DNA Sequencing all citizens in the world.

I have seen the effects of sexual assault and rape on the victims’ lives, and the results can be bad for both victims, friends, and families, and there are chances to get affected by sexual diseases like HIV, gonorrhea, and syphilis is present. In Ukraine, there are a lot of rape victims, read about it here: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-61071243

2015–16 New Year’s Eve sexual assaults in Germany:

Over 1,200 women were reportedly sexually assaulted during the 2015–16 public New Year’s Eve celebrations in Germany, in all cases by men of Muslim origin.

A United Nations statistical report compiled from government sources showed that more than 250,000 cases of rape or attempted rape were recorded by police annually. The reported data covered 65 countries. In a survey by United Nations, for 100 women that suffered sexual violence in their lifetimes, 14% had experienced attempted rape and 2.3% had experienced rape.

Now women get raped a lot I hear, but some women also rape men and steal their sperm to get a baby from a handsome man, homosexual men rape men, and I suggest the following:

That every human being on the planet, man and woman at birth get DNA sequenced so rape victims can get justice to see the rapist in jail so they do not rape other people too. Especially with abortion laws forbidding abortion coming into the act in the USA: the rapist must pay child support. Let them know they will get punished for rape, it is an evil crime.

It must be two databases for integrity reasons. One DNA test is taken at the hospital and one at the police station, and those two databases should match each other when the test is done and lookup in the databases is done in both databases, and when a sample is submitted to both databases.

Everybody that needs to get a passport, driver’s license, education, bank account, or benefit, etc, needs to take a simple and fast DNA test from the mouth, done in 5 minutes. The cost of today’s technology is low from 99 to 50 dollars a person, the state pays the full cost. Just look at www.23andme.com and www.myheritage.com/dna (those two databases could be used because they have the technology already to identify people’s DNA)

Also after natural disasters, murder crimes, and other incidents identifying victims would be a lot easier when we have a DNA database of all citizens.

PS! It is important to say that it already exists technology for cloning DNA and printing out DNA strings from a digital file, and this can be by bribery as an example be used to frame people for crimes they did not do. Also, some are one-egged twins, exact DNA copies of each other.
